  • At this time, Big Bear Safety, LLC. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Big Bear Safety, LLC. ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Big Bear Safety, LLC. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the Florida state sales tax rate.


  • Return Policy

  • Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Claims for returns must be filed within 15 days of receipt of order. Dirty, soiled, worn garments or products will not be accepted for inspection or disposition under any circumstances.

    Merchandise returned for credit must be clean and in original packaging. Shop-worn or soiled merchandise will not be accepted. Merchandise older than 30 days or discontinued merchandise may not be returned.

    Claims: All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of the receipt of shipment.
